Cybenetics Mark Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the proper and authorized use of the Cybenetics certification marks (logos) by clients whose products have successfully been certified under the Cybenetics Performance Certification Program, including ETA, LAMBDA, PHI, and EMI schemes.

2. Ownership and Protection

All Cybenetics certification marks are trademarks owned by Cybenetics.

Use of the marks is granted only through a valid and active certification.

Unauthorized or misleading use is subject to corrective action, including legal recourse and certification withdrawal.

3. Conditions for Use

3.1 Who May Use the Mark

Only the certificate holder (company named on the certificate), as well as the Approved Manufacturers and Authorized Distributors, may use the marks on certified products.

3.2 Where the Mark May Be Used

On certified products and their packaging
In technical datasheets and product manuals
On the certificate holder’s official website and promotional materials
In digital marketing, advertisements, and trade show displays

3.3 What Must Accompany the Mark

The correct program class (e.g., ETA A+, LAMBDA A-, etc.)
A model identifier or clear indication of which product(s) are certified
The Cybenetics certification number (optional but recommended)

3.4 Prohibited Use

The certification mark must not be used:

On products not certified by Cybenetics
After certification expires or is suspended/revoked
In a way that suggests endorsement of a brand or company, rather than the product
In modified or distorted form (e.g., recoloring, cropping, rewording)
On rebranded models unless explicitly approved

4. Logo Appearance and Format

The following must be followed:

Logos must be clearly visible, high resolution, and not pixelated
Maintain original proportions and colors
Do not place on a busy background that impairs readability
Do not resize below 14 mm width on printed materials

Cybenetics provides official logo files (PNG, SVG, EPS) in various color schemes for certified partners.

5. Duration of Use

Authorization is valid only during the validity period of the certification.

Use must be discontinued immediately upon suspension or termination.

6. Reporting Improper Use

Any suspected misuse of Cybenetics certification marks should be reported to:

Reports are treated confidentially.

7. Changes to This Policy

Cybenetics reserves the right to update this policy. Certificate holders will be notified of significant changes, and the latest version will always be available at:
