The first PSU that Cybenetics certified is a Seasonic Prime 650 W (SSR-650TD), which achieved an A+ (92.269%) ETA rating and an A+ (18.46 dB[A]) LAMBDA rating.
Update (4/7/2017): We conducted again the noise measurements using our new hemi-anechoic chamber and the output noise was even lower, at 15.93 dB(A) overall.
